I recently went to my Doctor and she was in shock. Her nutritional plan that she put me on isn't working...well little does she know I haven't been following it. I declined letting her weigh me and listened to her banter on about how I needed to try harder...I have been trying harder, harder to stuff my face! I weigh myself at home knowing that I've definitely gained weight. I didn't need her judgement when I jumped on the scale, I wanted to feel victorious about my gain!
