Back in those days residents were often treated cruelly, and she grew so angry and bitter that one day she found a way to get an instrument of torment and got her revenge on the evil staff.

You watch in torment as your guide transforms into the ghost of the betrayed patient. You feel her wrapping her cold fingers into your skull and around your brain and into your mind.

You find yourself stunned as she mesmerizes you, dragging you down into the underworld, her mindless servant for all eternity.
