The spike heels on Destiny's boots are very sharp and left a lot of puncture marks and bruises on his body - and Kimmie does a good job of trampling him instead of just standing there like many first time tramplers. Add to that the whipping Rudy has to endure from the Cat O' Nine Tails while being trampled and you've got some serious punishment going on...
