This clip was not planned at all and came about because I was complaining about gaining weight and Destiny chimed in with how she wasn't able to go to her aerobics class that day, etc etc...the next thing you know, Rudy is on his back and doing his imitation of an aerobic stepping block.

Unfortunately for Destiny, it's a pretty HIGH step - so even though this is only eight minutes long, she wanted to collapse by the end of it - climbing Mount Rudy can be quite tiring...
