Rudy has once again run afoul of Destiny's good mood in this clip and of course must pay for his lifelong insolence. He's placed on her narrow wooden staircase (Trust us, this was quite a tough position to maintain.. his head and neck were essentially supporting his upper body) Destiny of course doesn't care how tough it is and steps up onto his upper chest in order to increase his pain and make his struggle that much harder.
