You confirm, there is indeed something wrong inside.

I put on my additional rubber gloves and examine you with a speculum: there are certain abnormalities. They have to be removed by an enema and in addition, this unpleasant and embarrassing procedure will make you more submissive. I order you to give yourself an enema in front of me, not the "classic" procedure, but with a tube connected to the tap in the bathroom. I command you to hold it, and to release it when I want.
