The different stress positions are:-

Push up position.

Kneeling upright and with both arms raised and carrying a heavy bag above his head.

It will be a challenge for a slave to maintain each of these position for 40 min, so you can swap around these 3 positions as you deem fit /at your mercy.

While he is struggling in this painful position, you will take a comfortable seat on the sofa and enjoy a cup of coffee, watching his face grimace/his muscles trembling. If he fails to maintain the proper posture, you will give him a good whip/cane on his back/ass

At the end of the 40 min, he will be exhausted and will not dare to be late again in the future.

Sarà una sfida per uno schiavo mantenere ognuna di queste posizioni per 40 minuti, in modo che Voi, Mistress Gaia, possiate scambiare queste 3 posizioni come ritenete opportuno / alla Vostra mercé.
