Super Woman and the Detective Blair are searching a suspects Super Villain's location when Super Woman gets a call that puts Her in a trance under The Super Villain's powers She takes off Her panties and uses them to gag Herself then tape gags over that as Detective Blair comes in and is trying to help SW but gets KO'd and ball gagged and puts on a mask on both of them that keeps them relaxed ...They are both bound to the bed and relaxed weak and struggling but can't free themselves from their captive state and fate of the Super Villain...
