Mary is arrested for driving under the influence, and when taken to the station precinct, is turned over to The Enforcer, a specialist in dealing with Silly drivers. The Enforcer soon discovers that Mary is really a crossdresser, and so the lessons that follow let poor mary know what is in store for her in prison, if she repeats the offense.
