I have my slave in a straitjacket and spreader bar. He can barely move, just stand there. I stretch his ball by pulling on them with a ball parachute. Once they are stretched to my liking, I put his junk in a lovely metal stretching device with metal teeth to crush his balls as they stretch. I use a wartenberg wheel, toothbrush and vibrating clips to torment him even further.
