Ridiamo. “Come pensi di servire al meglio due Regine come noi se non sai nemmeno gestire un po’ d’acqua?” aggiungo, scuotendo la testa. La lezione continua tra un tuffo e uno schizzo, con noi che ci godiamo la scena come spettatrici di un’opera comica. È chiaro che ha molta strada da fare ma il divertimento è tutto nostro. Alla fine, esausto e gocciolante, si inginocchia di nuovo. Domani ricominciamo,” dichiara la mia amica con un sorriso maligno. Io annuisco soddisfatta. Prima o poi imparerai, piccolo verme, che la tua unica funzione è obbedire. E mentre il sole tramonta, ci godiamo la nostra vittoria parziale, già pregustando il prossimo round del suo addestramento.
