I start My mornings off with a thorough tooth brushing and flossing. I take My toothbrush out, squirt some toothpaste on it. It's black, activated charcoal toothpaste for whitening teeth. The toothpaste oozes onto the toothbrush. then I bring the toothbrush up to My teeth and start brushing. The toothpaste lathers against My teeth and it scrubs away, making them sparkling clean.
