The start of a new decade means the start of a new demographic in my medical world. I will begin a new statute where my patients are to be milked dry. If they provide a sufficient enough sperm sample, I will allow them to keep their testicles and take on a breeding role. If the sperm sample is not up to my standards, the patient will be to eat their load and sentenced to be castrated immediately after their milking.
