Margot has to go out tonight. She had asked Louis to choose a dress, stockings and pumps for her. He did so, but he didn't notice that the dress was too short to go with the stockings. He is always troubled and confused when he prepares clothes for his wife and mistress. When she notices this, she is obviously very angry, and she slaps him in the face.
