I woke up with such intense cravings and a huge hunger for smoke..smoking a couple of cigarettes was not enough, so, this time I will smoke a cigarette and after each drag I will hold the smoke into my lungs until it's completely absorbed. Describing after each drag if something change inside of my lungs.
