Eva Gold uses the slave as a human sink. She cleans the teeth and spits all nasty saliva, water, and toothpaste into his mouth. Then Alex swallows all this mess. When Eva Gold is finished, she rinsed her mouth with a fresh water and spits it into the slave's mouth again.
