Vera smokes a cigarette and uses her slave Alex as a human ashtray. She put hot ash into his mouth and tells him to swallow it. And while Vera smokes, she uses her slave as a boot brush too. Alex licks and swallows all dirt from the Vera's boots soles. When the boots are clean and Vera's are almost finished her cigarette she put a smoldering cigarette-butt and extinguish it on the slave's tongue. Then she tells Alex to swallow it too.
