As I walk into the room of this helpless patient My tummy really starts hurting. This is not good, I can not hold it in. What can I do? I must let one go. So I decide I will put the blame on this patient and fart on him! Now everybody will think he farted.They keep on coming and My patient looks nauseous. hihihihi.....
