My ashtray slave today is locked in an oral retractor so his mouth is always available for my cigarettes. It's very uncomfortable and painful to wear, but It's the only way to keep my slave's mouth always open. I can flick my ash and put out my cigs, and his position makes almost impossible to swallow, so everything stays in the mouth as in a real ashtray.
