Jacob’s one of my ponies, he’s not in good shape, and I haven’t ridden him in a while. I was still hoping it would have the minimum resistance that I require of my I immediately noticed that it was out of practice. I felt he couldn’t bear my weight, especially at the trot and gallop. So to make him suffer a little I decided to make him do 10 laps in a row. The laps became 11 and after a little rest I rode him again until he collapsed to the floor exhausted. I think I’ll have to ride him more often.

Jacob è uno dei miei pony, non è in forma, ed è un po' che non lo cavalcavo. Speravo ancora avesse la resistenza minima che io richiedo ai miei cavalli. Sin da subito ho però notato che era fuori allenamento. Sentivo che non ce la faceva a sopportare il mio peso, specialmente al trotto e al galoppo. Così per farlo soffrire un po' ho deciso di fargli fare 10 giri di seguito. I giri sono diventati 11 e dopo un po' di riposo lo ho cavalcato ancora fino a quando non è crollato a terra stremato. Penso che dovrò cavalcarlo più spesso.
