Mistress Tess appeared in several of Mistress Vixen films, this is part 1 of the last series she ever shot, she is dressed in a lovely basque and terrific shoes that show off her oh so long legs to perfection. The slave at her feet worships her shoes, but not well enough so he is beaten to encourage passion. Allowed another chance again he fails to impress and Mistress Tess decides to beat the slave rather more severely with a flogger and quirt. He is permitted one more chance to kiss her feet but again fails to impress, he is beaten once more and is dismissed from his owners presence
