I've just been on a long hike in my old beat up sneakers and It's been a hot day so they're particularly wet and sweaty!

As always i haven't been wearing socks, I've had my bare little feet in them so you can imagine what they're like. In fact you can almost feel the heat coming off them.

It's not just inside that needs a good clean, the outside's filthy too. So we're really going to put that little mouth and tongue to good use today!
