I've been seeing a lot of calf muscle control clips around lately, so not to be outdone, I've been practicing. The thing is, most of the other girls I've seen making their calves jump all around are all much younger than me and although their calves may be bigger, I've got the advantage when it comes to being able to see what my muscles are doing.
