Next, I get up on the stairs and make my calves do all the wonderful things they do, namely, twitch the muscles every which way, make the muscles draw up into hard balls, and just generally look gorgeous doing all these things! You get lots of super close-ups of my great, veiny and tendony feet, shredded calves, and some teasing upskirt for your viewing pleasure.
