I am sitting on my bed on a lazy Sunday morning. As you have noticed, I have the habit of moving my feet around, even as I sit idling. The thing about that is, it makes my calves do fabulous things. The big deep split between my gastrocnemius and soleus gets even bigger and deeper, as you shall see. And speaking of splits, when I let my legs fall to the side, you can see the split between the heads of my gastrocs. I am telling you, there is nothing better to do on a lazy Sunday than make my calves do the kinds of things you love.
