Lying on my back with one bronze heel-clad foot braced on the cabinet, I found I was able to flex the inner and outer heads of that calf separately. I know it's hard to believe, but this opening segment will make a believer out of you. You won't ever remember seeing this kind of rippling muscle action—ever. The camera zooms in close so you can see the outer head of my calf muscle fasciculating, then pans out so you can see nearly all of me lying on the bed with my legs on display. Zooming in again on both calves up, I make all four heads bounce like crazy! The only thing that might be better than watching this is seeing me caress one of my calves with a bronze pump...which I do. Up to now, most of the focus has been on my right calf, and not wanting the left to feel neglected, up that foot goes on the cabinet so you can see the inner head slide up into a knot just below my knee, then run down towards my ankle and back up again, getting all gnarly. And then I touch my calf muscle as it's bunching up and feel it moving like some small running up under my fingers. It was exciting, believe me, but I got a cramp in it and as I held my thigh up close to relax the muscle, I must have struck a pose my boyfriend really liked, because he was click-click-clicking all of a sudden, which you will hear. (As I made this clip, I saw what struck him so—it was my calf hanging heavy under it's own weight! I think you'll really like just staring at it.) Then it's back on the cabinet with my bronze-clad feet for more mind-blowing calf action. I amaze myself sometimes at how my calves move. It's like they have minds of their own. Finally, I get off the bed and pose in the doorway, my legs and blue silk robe starkly silhouetted for the most part but with slivers of light gracing the outlines of my calves, shins, and ankles. And speaking of shins, a photoshoot just wouldn't be complete without lots of lingering looks at my shins, turned just the right way so the light accented the heavy veins running down the length of them. Then of course there's my feet, and that's where this clip ends.
