I found some footage from our very first shoot and pieced a superb clip of the highlights of me lying on the bed, wearing nothing but a black nightie and my classic black pumps with the rounded toe, and these only part of the time. The clip begins with me rubbing my highly-arched foot over my calf. After heaving around on the bed for a few minutes (you get a glimpse of my white panties!), I then lie on my side for some great, great, squirming calf action—about eight solid minutes worth of twitching and wiggling my feet in and out of my classic pumps.
