The competitors secretly share their strategies with the camera before they face off for two 10-minute rounds of submission wrestling. Most submissions wins, with the winner subjecting the loser to a 5-minute Punishment round.

Lana means business, and she comes at Frankie with remarkable aggression! She really puts the pressure on, constantly attacking and giving Frankie no chance to get his bearings. Frankie spends a lot of energy fending off Lana's non-stop offensive push, until exhaustion starts to hit him hard. But even as Frankie tires, Lana just keeps on coming... and so do the submission.
