The Conditions : Both competitors wear MMA gloves for this athletic and energetic bout, where they can use punches to the face or body, elbows and knee strikes to the body, and all wrestling submission holds. Submissions can be from holds or from strikes. After any submission, the attacker releases the grip and the match continues from there, without resetting from neutral ("non-stop rounds" format); a brutal format that's even harder when strikes are involved. Two 10-minute rounds, with a 5-minute Punishment Round for the loser!

It's a dynamic and exciting bout, with both competitors giving it their all. VeVe is a submission wrestling expert, with an excellent ability to control her opponent on the ground and simultaneously deliver strikes while also isolating his limbs and trapping him on the mats. But Mark is no slouch! He's a scrappy natural fighter who really pushes himself in a competitive situation; he's fearless, he tries hard, and he pushes his body to the limit. But he's not an athlete. Keeping up with super-fit VeVe is an incredible task, especially when she's attacking you relentlessly in so many ways!

VeVe really brings it on, attacking with a variety of submission holds and strikes. Mark's poor fitness amuses her, and she takes advantage of his physical weakness and ailing stamina. She doesn't lighten up as fatigue grips him; rather, she keeps pushing the pace as he wears down more and more. A tough day for Mark... and then there's the Punishment Round...
