They'll face off in three separate challenges: a 7-minute, pins-only wrestling round; a 7-minute, pins + submissions wrestling round; and finally, a series of escape races featuring grapevine pins and full nelson positions.

Both ladies are fit and determined -- and also shockingly flexible! They're also a very close match on paper: Blaze at 5'5", 140 lbs. with a bit more technical training; Bianca at 5'6", 135 lbs. with the advantage in time on the mats.
