VeVe and her friend Aralia are enjoying coffee & a chat in the lounge at their gym, when Nikolai and his friend Hanz walk by. Nikolai tries to get by unnoticed, but VeVe won't have it. She asks him if he's been training more since their last contest and goads him into arm wrestling her again -- and losing! -- in front of both their friends.

Hanz can't believe it, and though Nikolai tries to warn him, he insists on defending the guys' honor against VeVe. But he loses just as badly at the wrestling, and when he insists on challenging VeVe in wrestling too, he's in huge trouble. Arali...

Hanz can't believe it, and though Nikolai tries to warn him, he insists on defending the guys' honor against VeVe. But he loses just as badly at the wrestling, and when he insists on challenging VeVe in wrestling too, he's in huge trouble. Aralia, cheerfully, and Nikolai, grudgingly, settle in to watch the match. VeVe strips out of her tank top, skirt, and heels, down to just her bra, panties, garter belt, and stockings, and the show begins!

Hanz does his best to put up a fight for the first few minutes, but he's absolutely overwhelmed wrestling VeVe. He quickly begins to tire, and Aralia cheers with delight and Nikolai looks on in horror as VeVe works Hanz into more and more humiliating holds, wrapping him up and squeezing him with her legs and tormenting him with her stocking-clad feet. All the while she mocks and lectures him and comments and shows off to her audience.

Nikolai eventually becomes so annoyed at the gleeful way Aralia is rubbing in his friend's defeat, that he tries to threaten her into shutting up. But Aralia throws him to the mat and holds him in place, him to watch the end of the match from an even closer and more devastating perspective.

When the ladies decide foolish Hanz has had enough, VeVe binds his arms behind his back with one of her stockings and pulls the other over his head as a hood. She poses over his body and uses him as a footrest while she pulls on a fresh pair of stockings. Finally, she dresses again in her skirt and top, and she and Aralia happily return to their coffee date, watching while Nikolai futilely tries to untie his friend.
