In this video, Hanz and female MMA fighter Tommi portray classmates in VeVe's judo class. VeVe demonstrates 3 throws for her students to practice: the hip throw, the shoulder throw, and the wrist throw. Tommi performs the throws on Hanz until VeVe is satisfied that Tommi has understood the lesson. VeVe then leaves Tommi and Hanz alone to practice together.
