In this video, an experienced fighter – Sonya, will show self-defense techniques for girls and talk about the vulnerabilities of opponents. First, she will show such classic karate techniques as: kicking technique – Mae Geri, Yoko Geri, Mawashi Geri, Kin Geri, as well as some punches.
