That's right I want you to go EXTRA padded. Doing this will train you in multiple ways. But this is also a TASK you will do for me (including a store run in sweatpants!). But most importantly this audio provides mental conditioning. I tell you all the reasons and ways doing this is important. Did I mention there are some "triggers" in here as well? So YES this is a task but it is more than that. The things I say in this are going to stick with you (but don't they always? lol)
