In this intermediate blow to pop video, I encourage you to blow into two 14" Belbal balloons until they burst into tiny pieces. I give you instructions like counting down how many breaths, give you encouragements like "don't stop blowing", "take deep breaths", "make your breaths more powerful!" and plenty more to make sure you get the courage to blow into those balloons and achieve a blow to pop.
