One thing I love about Blow to pops is testing how big the balloon can get before ultimately bursting. There's something great about being able to test the limits of the balloon's latex and 17 inches balloons are just big enough but not too big that it would cause too much trouble. So what I do in this video is inflate them by pump a couple of times first before inflating them ultimately until they are just a little bit over inflated.
