I'm so excited that I just received a book that was recommended by a dear friend. He sent me his very own copy of it- so sweet!

I give him a call to let him know that I received it and then sit down with my glasses to check it out.
I don't make it far before my eyes start to hurt and just generally feel weird. I keep trying and it doesn't get any better, so I remove my glasses and try to read it that way.
It still doesn't get any better; and, in fact, gets worse.
Finally, my eyes start to flutter and I fall face first into my bed.
