Baby Filth and Molecular have a six hour scene planned, starting with this predicament: Baby Filth is tied in a chest harness and futomomos. She has only two choices, either to kneel on rice, or to balance on her toes. Neither is sustainable for very long. Later, to make it more challenging, Molecular adds a heavy wood block, and some mouth rope.
