We put Cat on the bed and had her position herself so she could push with all her might against the wall. Of course, this we did so as to give her a way to make her calves bulge up, which they did. We had some music on the radio by the bed, and she moved to it with great flair, stroking one calf with the other foot, then trading places and giving the other the same treatment. You may note in this clip that Cat has very thin Achilles tendons, which amplify the size of her calves. She also has a fabulous instep which shows as she pushes on the wall.
