In the Exam room, Jill looks at the reflection of her muscular calves in the full-length oval mirror. The early morning sunlight filtering in through a sheer curtain and Venetian blinds makes it easy to imagine she's a girl checking herself out in her bedroom mirror before she goes out for the day. She spends many minutes looking at herself from different angles. Then she brings the chair by the window and sits down, looking at her big right calf muscle moving around as she points her toe.
