I hardly even work my arms, and my biceps just continue to grow. Look how big they are! I swear they got bigger by the end of this clip! All I have to do is flex, and I swear they get all pumped up and huge without even trying. You try so hard to gain muscle and you can't, and all I have to do is basically look at a dumbbell and my biceps get bigger!
