Cupcake Sinclair

A man is keeping Cupcake captive, bound and gagged in a hotel room. But, he needs to step out wants to secure and muffle her better. He uses more rope and ties her more secure. He then ties a piece of cloth over her already stuffed and gagged mouth. When left alone, Cupcake tries to work her way to the room telephone. But finds it disconnected. After, the struggles her way back into the main room, the man returns. He pulls her skirt off and hogties her on the floor. Then to muffle her even more, he ties another piece of cloth over her gagged mouth and nose.
