Thanks to my fibroids, I have to change my super plus tampon a lot more frequently! Since I have to pee anyway, now's a good time as any to put in a fresh tampon. I describe and show you as much of the process as possible. You get to see me insert the new tampon and afterwards I just have to play with the string. Hmm..this is giving me some interesting ideas!
