Beautiful morning and what better way to get ready for day than some finger brushing? I use my long and nimble finger to brush each and every one of my teeth.and gums. At first, I start on gently massaging. It feels so invigorating that I start to more aggressively finger brush my teeth and gum. You can hear every motion and squeak that my finger makes. To really get into every nook and cranny, I even have to switch fingers. I hope you're enjoying this as much as I am!
