Bar BallBusters is having a few small Halloween parties, during the covid it really can’t be a full capacity of people at the bar. One way to have more people is to have some space outside. Since it’s the Halloween season they put out a few fake prop dummies around the bar. One is outside by the steps as people come by they think its fake but its Mr. rugboy being the teddy bear man.
