One of my painful experience of having my hand trampled unaware was in this video. The girl was wearing high heel ankle boots, she was very fidgeting where her heel raises up and down pinning my finger. I was afraid she would actually break something at times. It was a dark room with some of my friends and this girl who was a friend too. We were all watching tv when I seen a opportunity with me sitting on the floor to sneak my hand under her. It was a mistake as she didn't seem to care what is under her heel that includes my hand. (this is part 2 of 2)
