The hotel service was not up to par & I called the front desk to complain. No towels, no hot water, & a broken remote control for starters. I demanded to see the of human resources & I was told he would be up to my room in minutes. Pissed off & disturbed I answer the door ready to give him an earful, but the he is a her. A hot little gray haired beauty that wants to 'make things right' for me. I quickly find out why she is the 'HEAD' of resources. But I am no push over, I am willing to take this all the way to corporate headquarters is she doesn't totally 'make things right'. So let's just se... Show more
