Saw a video recently that I loved of a workout (gone wrong) where one of the women involved started to leak during the workout. It was so incredibly hot because you could tell she was embarrassed and was trying to hide it. I decided to make my own version of this workout, where I am leading you through some basic exercises while I'm absolutely bursting to pee. I surprised myself and held it for way longer than I thought I could, only letting out little spurts here and there.
