For those not familiar with the concept, it's a New Year's Resolution Saving Plan that enables you to save a lot of $$$ with minimal effort, so that by the end of the year you have a nice little lump sum in your pension account, savings, a bunch of cash to blow for the holidays...But that's not appealing to you now, is it?
