With Conner sitting on his hands in a chair, Rob starts out tickling his thighs and knees, then moves to his bare feet with the brush. By now, Conner is all but spent but has no choice other than to laugh uncontrollably to Rob's continued tickling. Shaking, whimpering, screaming with laughter - he endures it to the end.
